To make an appointment to see an audiologist or one of our other clinicians in the New York office, please fill out and submit the form below. ZocDoc subscribers may use the ZocDoc appointment button to schedule appointments with audiologists Ellen Lafargue and Jane Auriemmo. If you prefer to schedule your appointment over the phone, please call our appointment line directly at (917) 305-7766. Note that we will be closed February 18, 2013 for Presidents' Day. Below are general office hours. To see dispensary walk-in hours for hearing aid repairs and earmolds, see attachment at the very bottom of this page.

Definition of a Hearing Screening: A hearing screening is a 5 minute procedure to determine if a person’s hearing is within the range of normal hearing. We encourage you to get an annual hearing screening as part of your overall health and wellness program. However, if you wear hearing aids or have previously been diagnosed with a hearing loss, it is recommended that you schedule a hearing test rather than a hearing screening. A hearing test is a complete audiological evaluation.
