Melanie Pagan is a driven and hardworking outreach specialist for the Center for Hearing and Communication. Melanie specializes in providing the community FTRI amplified telephones throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade county since 2018. She has a heart for the community, especially seniors. She loves to go above and beyond to make her clients happy.

Born and raised in New Jersey, Melanie moved to South Florida with her family in 2004. She is pursuing a career in Psychology with a desire to counsel survivors of domestic violence.
