Brooks Elizabeth Bernstein is a Mental Health Counselor at CHC, proudly serving Broward County. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, she brings a diverse background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy, pediatric behavioral health case management, child welfare, and supporting individuals with disabilities through advocacy and assistive technology. Brooks has been involved in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine Deaf communities for over 10 years and has studied and used American Sign Language (ASL) for more than 15 years. She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Gallaudet University in May 2025 and is currently pursuing her License of Clinical Social Work (LCSW).
