Hayley started working for CHC in 2022. She provides individual counseling, family counseling, and group counseling to children, adolescents, and adults who are Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and their family members. Prior to joining CHC, Hayley worked with the senior population, children, and with individuals in crisis. Hayley earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Gulf Coast University and her preferred theories are Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Solution-Focused, but is flexible to using any approach that best helps her clients.
