Children's Services

Having your child diagnosed with a hearing loss can be a confusing process for parents. Where do you start? How do you go about finding the best advice to help you make good decisions? If you have questions, how can you get them answered?

CHC’s children’s services offer a comprehensive approach to the delivery of pediatric care for children of all ages who are deaf or hard of hearing. With two locations (Ft. Lauderdale and New York City), our teams are well versed with each community and knows the local and state resources that may be available for your child.

At CHC your child will get more than the technical skills of listening and speaking with hearing loss from our clinicians. Our programs emphasize interpersonal skills, emotional health support, and providing families with the best tools to support a child with hearing loss.

As a parent or family member, you will also find opportunities to meet with other families, participate in parenting and family events, and find an extended family at CHC comprised of caring professionals and like-minded parents where services can be obtained over a lifetime.
