Adults with hearing loss (as well as family and friends) can discuss an array of hearing topics with CHC’s clinical staff. Licensed experts will be on hand to answer your questions about assistive devices, speechreading, the Listening Studio, and the unique hearing needs of seniors. Audiologists and speech therapists will be available to discuss your communication challenges and the options that exist to address them. You’ll also have the opportunity to speak with a caring and insightful representative from our emotional health and wellness team.
CHC’s Listening Studio
Adults with tinnitus will have the opportunity to speak with CHC’s resident expert on tinnitus and hyperacusis, audiologist Susan Adams. Susan will be happy to discuss the symptoms you might be experiencing and answer all your questions about tinnitus treatment, including tinnitus retraining therapy.
Parents and professionals can learn about CHC’s family-centered, multidisciplinary approach to communication therapy for children with hearing loss and auditory processing disorders (APD). You can also find out how your child can benefit from CHC’s education specialist and child psychologist.
