Halo – Try a new kind of hearing aid called Halo that’s engineered to interact with your iPhone. This is the just-released Made for iPhone (MFI) technology you’ve been reading about. With Halo, you’ll be able to stream phone calls and your favorite television shows directly to your hearing aids, easily change your hearing aid settings remotely using your phone, and much more. It’s comfortable, positioned entirely in the ear, and completely invisible. The Center for Hearing and Communication is pleased to be among the few audiology centers in Manhattan with expertise in fitting this remarkable hearing device by Phonak.
Roger Pen – Also from Phonak is a revolutionary new hearing aid accessory called Roger Pen. It’s a a wireless microphone shaped like a pen that improves people’s ability to understand speech in noise and over distance. We have a growing number of clients who find this accessory indispensable, whether at a business meeting, a restaurant, or family gathering. We think it looks pretty cool too.

As a participant in our Open House, you’ll receive a full 60 minutes with a CHC audiologist. Should additional time be needed to get you the maximum benefit from your hearing aid (or other device), we will gladly spend the extra time.
