Transitioning to online/distance learning has been an adjustment for students and parents alike. A learning process that, for many, has been filled with mis-starts, stumbles, and anxiety. Being prepared, having access, knowing whom to contact and taking care of yourself are all ways to help reduce anxiety and have a more positive experience.
